The Winnipeg Guns n Hoses Charity Hockey Challenge presented by Access Credit Union is an event designed to strengthen the ties between the community and our city’s first responders by bringing everyone together for a fun filled, action packed, charity event in support of three great local charities. Project 11 (50/50 sales), the Never Alone Cancer Foundation (Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Services) and Special Olympics Manitoba (Winnipeg Police Service) will be the beneficiaries, with the Winnipeg Heat representing the Winnipeg Police Service battling it out with the Winnipeg Smoke representing the Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Service for a 60/40 split of the overall funds raised on the cities biggest stage, the Canada Life Center!
