Accessibility Information
Washrooms, water fountains, telephones, ATMs, ticket windows and concessions throughout Canada Life Centre are accessible to guests with disabilities. Public elevators are located throughout the venue providing easy access to all levels. In addition, Braille signage is used throughout the facility.
Seating for guests using wheelchairs (and attendants) is available for all events. There are 11 sections with accessible seating in the lower and upper bowls. All premium suites and the club seat lounge can also accommodate accessible seating. When purchasing hockey or event tickets, please indicate if accessible seating is required.
Designated parking stalls for guests with disabilities are available in several nearby lots. Accessible drop-off and pick-up is located on the west lane of Donald Street immediately east of the Canada Life Centre.
Assistive listening devices are available at Winnipeg Jets hockey games and certain other events to assist hard of hearing guests. These devices may not be available at some concerts due to performer’s concerns regarding reproduction of music.
Closed captioning services are available for all Winnipeg Jets home games. Closed captioning provides in-house public address announcements for deaf and hard of hearing guests via remote devices. Please see closed captioning section of FAQ’s for more information.
Sign language interpreters may be available for certain events subject to the discretion of event promoters.
Canada Life Centre reserves seating at all non-hockey events for sight- and hearing-impaired guests. Please call Ticketmaster, the designated ticket agency for Canada Life Centre at 1-855-985-5000 and identify yourself as sight- or hearing-impaired to access these seats (this service is not available via online ticket ordering).
