The Red Clay Strays

Hailing from Mobile, Ala., The Red Clay Strays have built a distinctive sound blending rock and roll, blues, country and soul. The six-member band first broke through with their 2022 debut album Moment of Truth, followed by 2024’s acclaimed Made By These Moments and the 3x RIAA Platinum-certified No. 1 hit “Wondering Why.” Their rise has earned them a growing list of accolades, including the Americana Music Honors & Awards’ 2024 Emerging Artist of the Year, the ACM Awards’ 2025 New Vocal Duo or Group of the Year and the CMA Awards’ 2025 Vocal Group of the Year.

Their third studio album, Grateful, marks the latest chapter in the band’s journey from Mobile to arenas around the world. The Red Clay Strays have continued their momentum in 2026, earning their second consecutive ACM win with Group of the Year, making their sold-out Madison Square Garden headline debut and returning to The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.
